Trakka Asset Health Manager App – Quota Exceeded Error

Instructions to help troubleshoot the problem – iOS device

So we can understand this a bit more about the issues you are having, follow the steps below:

  1. Go into the iPad/iPhone settings and get us details on iOS version, Model, App storage etc.

  2. Take a screenshot of the sections listed below and send them to XXXXX.

    Settings > General > About

    • Screenshot the page displayed

    Settings > General > iPad Storage

    • Screenshot the first page shown
    • Then scroll down to show Trakka in list and screenshot that page
    • Then tap into Trakka and screenshot that page


  3. If you have not yet forced restart your iPhone/iPad, please do so now and check to see if you get the quota message again. Click here to view Apple's forced restart instructions.

  4. If the forced restart doesn’t resolve your issue, delete the app from the iPad, perform a forced restart again, then re-install the app again from the Apple App Store and retest.
